They did a great job helping me as soon as I walked through the door. They guided me and helped me choose what percentage I wanted and what would be best for the look I wanted. Alrighty people,  here's my experience with Black Diamond. They are very professional and also helpful too. Thru no fault of my own or Black Diamond, my drivers side tint had 2 line marks in it, resulting in the tint being removed and replaced on that one window. Though the scheduling took a couple of days to match up with mine, they fixed the issue for me. This business is very family oriented and friendly. Very happy with the work provided by Black Diamond! I especially appreciated the honesty when asking questions regarding my selections, most places are out to make money and upsell you, but here Isabelle was very honest and transparent with what I actually NEEDED. Brought my c7 corvette for paint protection film, ceramic coating , paint correction and it came out perfect . Excellent customer service , they went above and beyond with their service. Hard to find a good shop that treats your car well . This place def does . Highly recommend, will come back for more services on my other vehicle.
