- Vehicle Wraps
- Related consultations, appointments, and communications
All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and acceptance by Black Diamond RGV.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability. Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation via SMS, email, phone call, or other official communication from Black Diamond RGV.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational needs, weather, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)
By submitting your phone number through our website, booking forms, in-person interactions, or other System entry points, and checking the required consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Black Diamond RGV, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service-related notifications
- Follow-up communications
- Promotional or marketing messages (where permitted by law)

Opt-Out

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Diamond RGV and Divine Luxe LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the System, violation of these Terms, or misuse of services.

13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms or the System shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, within one (1) year of the claim arising.
14. Modifications
Black Diamond RGV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
